Request for common problems resulting during discussions at 3/24 meeting of parties interested in condominium law and Northern Baja Home Owner's Associations

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

Most of your e=mail addresses were taken from the handwritten sheet passed out at the subject meeting. And, to be sure, some errors exist in my interpretation of the myriad handwriting. Accordingly, I seek your assistance in getting the following message to all interested parties.

To facilitate our search for common problems, I ask each of you to furnish the single most concerning problem you face. I will then consolidate your submissions and return that consolidation to all persons responding. Following this, I will then ask for the submission of the next most pressing concern. I will then perform the next consolidation and return the results asking for your third most pressing concern. I believe this iterated process will quickly give us the ability to generate a prioritized list of shared issues we wish to tackle as a body.

Our next meeting is scheduled for 4/21 at 1300 in the Las Gaviotas Clubhouse. Therefore, your timely responses will be appreciated. It is not unreasonable to expect 3 iterations in time for the next meeting.
